Azhari Global Management (AGM) was founded in 2009 as Azhari Consulting and later rebranded as Azhari Global Management. It is located in South Jakarta. Its mission is to assist clients in attaining effective and efficient organizational success through the implementation of essential and precise work relationship management practices.

Eka Diana Firdausi
Director; HR & Executive Search Advisor
An experienced HR practitioner and consultant in various industries such as banking, consumer goods, retail fashion, international organization, oil and gas, inspection company, building materials manufacturer, and many more. She was Head of Human Resources in multinational companies in Indonesia and also an industrial analyst for a private bank in the Netherlands.
Ade Wuryantini
Senior Consultant: HR Management
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Padjadjaran University and a Master's in Human Resource Management from Monash University, along with certification as a Predictive Index Consultant. With extensive experience as an HR leader in multinational companies such as Schneider Electric, Hitachi Energy, and DHL, she specializes in developing professional HR functions across diverse industries, including logistics, manufacturing, and oil and gas. As a consultant, she provides evaluations and advice to clients on best practices in HR management to help achieve organizational goals.
Muhammad Rizqi Ariffi
Assistant Manager
A dynamic professional with a robust academic foundation and multinational experiences. As the lead recruiter in AGM, he acts as a contact point between the clients and candidates utilizing his excellent networking capacity, adaptability, and proficiency in multiple UN-recognized languages.
